So Blind To Love(Rosella's Point Of View)

by SMILEoften   Nov 8, 2005

Rosella hugged her jacket close to her. The wind seemed to rip through the material so easily though. Her black fingernails clenched to her cold hands. Mathew walked right beside her. He had never knew how she'd felt. But ever since she had seen his smile; she had fell in love. She didn't know why. Maybe it was the way he listened to her so politely, or maybe it was something simple, like how luscious his big brown eyes were. They walked toward the sunset, the fall leaves crunching under their feet. Rosella wished that Mathew would just hold her hand. She wanted him to know how she felt.
They had always been different. From ever since the first exchanged smile. Rosella was quiet, she loved poetry, and was kind of well..dark. Mathew on the other hand, was quite outgoing, and was kind of a stand-off when it came to pouring your thoughts out using poetry. But Rosella had always loved him. 'Opposites Attract'. She had always told herself this before going to bed; right after she prayed that he would someday find out. That he would someday find out just how much she loved him.
Then the rumors started. Everyone accused Mathew of going out with Rosella. She just didn't say anything, and that must've scared him. He never really talked to her the same. They couldn't have the same rambling conversations, talking about their future dreams, hopes and goals. Rosella just longed for him to want to love her. But I guess the rumors proved that he would never. Should she change? Would he love her then?
Rosella started doubting herself more and more. One night, she went for a quick walk. Her jacket flopped noisily around in the wind. What if she wore the skimpy clothes like all of the other girls did? Would Mathew like her then? Her black nail polish chipped off at the tips of her nails. Her dark hair whipped around her face, hiding her bright green eyes. She was different. But so was Mathew. She decided that they weren't really meant to be together, and decided to keep walking. If they were meant to be together, She would feel comfortable saying something to Mathew. She would feel comfortable with her own feelings. But now, she was just torn up, a little depressed, and severely insecure.

She seemed so Blind To Love.

~``I am going to make a story from Mathew's point of view. I hope you like the idea of making a story. Thanks for reading!
