Lasting Impressions

Who made me who i am today?
what caused me,
to be what i am?
act the way i do.

Could it be how i grew up,
how i learned to share,
and be nice to the other children.
could it be my parents?

Could it be where i grew up,
with nature all around me,
learning to respect earth's wonders
could it be my home?

Could it be with who i grew up?
learning how to love, and to fight,
when to lead, and to follow.
could it be my siblings?

Could it be just my nature?
i was born with my future planned,
i am what i am,
because of myself.
