What You Make It

I am the girl who never gave up
Though I sometimes felt I should
I am the girl who succeeded in life
Telling myself I would
I am the girl who's heart was broken
In many pieces, many times
I am the girl who still kept loving
Knowing I'd find true love, in time
I am the girl with scars on her wrist
From mistakes in the past once made
I am the girl who never cut TOO deep
And thats why those scars are starting to fade
I am the girl who always learned
From everyone of her mistakes
I am also the girl who never regretted
Any of the mistakes she made
I am that girl who's proud to say
My grades are always A's
I am the girl who believes in herself
And knows she'll make it big someday
I am that girl who's faith is in Jesus
And almighty God above
I am the girl who's not afraid to say
God is a man whom I love
I am the girl who's fallen down
More times then she can count
I am also that girl who always got up
Everytime that she fell down
I am the girl who'll never quit
No matter what is thrown at me
