Lost within a Nightmare

Sitting in the corner wanting to know why,
these tears burn within my eyes.
feeling breathless an thats not all,
i feel my soul is about to fall.
in the corner scared,
the fears seem to crave for whats theirs.
put into a room all alone,
as dark as it is..theres nothing to hold.
my life is growing weak,
the whisper i speak.
I'm dying inside,
i cant find the answer Ive tried.
i hear the whispers from within the silence.
coming closer encasing its words played over again twice.
the dark room was just a dream,
a dream that seemed to be a nightmare.
a nightmare that made these tears,
ill be back with a couple of these fears.
but no one will ever hear.
no one will no whats wrong,
ill put another fake smile on.
