Mary Had a Silver Blade

by HOLLY ARMER   Nov 9, 2005

Mary had a silver blade
silver blade, silver blade
Mary had a silver blade
and she'd swing it to and fro

Everywhere that Mary went
Mary went, Mary went
Everywhere that Mary went
the blood was sure to flow

She took the blade to school one day
school one day, school one day
She took the blade to school one day
but the teacher did not know

At recess she would scare the kids
scare the kids, scare the kids
At recess she would scare the kids
releasing all her gloom

Back in class she'd whisper low
whisper low, whisper low
Back in class she'd whisper low
of their impending doom

She massacred the class that day
class that day, class that day
She massacred the class that day
when the teacher left the room

*My twisted version of Mary Had a Little Lamb
