I know they say the best thing is hugs,
And don't do the drugs,
But what if it is the last thing you,
Have to resort to?

Your family is torn apart,
This is the way it has been from the start,
Never pulled together at all,
No one there to catch you when you fall.

Now I see why some people do this,
They never had love that truly exists,
All they ever really needed,
Was a real love that never succeeded.
