If life you want to enjoy
And your future don't wish to destroy,
Try and control your weight
And then your life will be great.
Eat smaller portions of food,
Steamed, boiled, raw, also- stewed...
Don't eat any oily stuff,
Bread, or marshmallow fluff,
Sugar or candy and cake
Steak or vanilla shake.
Walk for two hours a day
Don't go to no buffet
Eat fruit as natural snacks
And don't forget to relax,
And then resume your routine-
Use a treadmill machine,
Join a big weightloss club
To help you get rid of your "chubb"...
Being a fatso today
Will harm you in every way
One who's exceedingly plump
Is just like a "walking dump".
