Locked Up

by Natalie McPhee   Nov 10, 2005

Locked up in a cupboard,
Disappearing thought,
Hanging on a life line,
I wish I could cut cord,

Hot and sweaty tears,
Burning down my cheeks,
Leaving hurtful lines,
Cutting through the hurt,
Like a pair of sheering sheers,

I hate that I'm further,
I wish that you were here,
I'm hoping I will see you,
Before my end is near.
