A thousand words won\'t bring you back,
I know because Iv\'e tried.
Neither will a thousand tears,
I know because Iv\'e cried.
They say that memories are golden,
Maybe this is true.
But I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.
If love could build a stairway,
And heartache make a lane,
I would walk my way to Heaven,
To bring you home again.
