Mary and her Lamb

by cowgirlstar26   Nov 11, 2005

Mary had a razor
and she had pale skin white as snow

this is not like any nursery rhyme
as you will soon know

Mary had a secret
she didn't loose her little lamb
she gave it to the demons
and she's now forever damned

after the children go to sleep
Mary lies awake and weeps

her brown curly hair
is now strait and black
her smile has faded and won't ever come back

her eyes are no longer
a pretty baby blue
there pitch black,
like her spirit, all has been consumed

her pale pink dress now Grey and tattered
like her world, everything been shattered

her arms are covered with many marks and scars
her gentle little lamb was taken very far

piercing screams are let out at night
by her little lamb, that was lost from her sight

crying in darkness, alone in her sorrow
Mary's all alone, she won't be alive tomorrow

it's calling her now, her little lamb
it's calling her name from deep within

she picks up her razor,
like all the nights before
with the razors gentle kiss
she falls slowly to the floor

crimson blood pouring from Mary's veins
this was never supposed to happen
to such a sweet lamb who only romped and played

so as Mary draws her final breath
don't give up your best friends

don't let them be taken in
and let yourself be drowned in sin
