He lied to me!

He told me he loved me,
but he broke my heart.

he said it was the truth,
but i realise he lied.

i thought he cared for me,
but it was just a fling.

i thought he was perfect,
obviously i was wronge.

i thought he was trustworthy,
but all he said were lies.

and so i have said goodbye,
my feelings are gone.

no longer do i care,
all because he lied.
