Crimson butterflies

by Sakura   Nov 11, 2005

The wings of blood
The symbolized hate
The blood of the night
Is shed too late

Take in the beauty
Take in the fright
Take in the queerness
Of wings in the night

Flowing in moonlight
Covered in crimson
Glowing and striking
Is all of the wisdom

Do you not know
Of the festives at state?
For each of these hell-flies
There is a mate.

Great poem. It was well written and had a good rhyme scheme that flowed very naturally. Keep up the great work.
