This poem is about winter guard ( the combination of dance and spinning and throwing weapons and flags) pl comment i want this to mean sumtin so if it sux plz tell me i wanna make it mean as much as winter guard means to me thanks

the determination; the pride that we share
we're in this together; because we all care
fate has destined; for us to be here
so why do we stay; the answer is clear

we may be put down; downsized in length
but our will to survive; is more than our strength
we are free to choose; we chose to stay
and we'll never regret; the actions we play

and then soon; things start to pay off
we're rewarded within; more than enough
the person before; has been growing taller
our will to be here; has proved to be stronger

the ups and the downs; are no longer balanced
our share of enjoyment; has gave us our talents
and the emotions unzipped; closed up our jacket
to fulfill our dream; throw it up and catch it
