Forever

by Katie Bennett   Nov 12, 2005

Never will you know, How much I love you so
Cause its way more than I can say
But believe you me, I'll try to make you see
How I love you more each day

We used to have a bond so incredibly strong
It could never be broken
But as years grew and the miles did, too
My love for you grew unspoken

And with the aunt I loved much, I sadly lost touch
And soon after I said I couldnt cope
Because with 2,000 miles and a heart in denial
My heart lost sight of all hope

But after seven long years and so many tears
You came back into my world
I want you to see, you're not just an auntie
But you are without a doubt my "gurl"

My heart, it seems whole, and I want you to know
Its cause of you I feel complete
I love you so, with all of my soul
From my head down to my feet

You'll be forever engraved, in my heart, theres your name
And forever N a day I will love you
Know in my heart, you're never far apart
And I love you, Love me, Sister Sue

*Sister Sue is a nickname my aunt gave to me when I was like, three. Just so you're not wondering who sister sue is...

It's a beautiful but also a sad poem because your aunt lives that far away from you.
