The bottom of the boat

I'm tied to the bottom of the boat
suffocating from the pressure of the ropes
I'm making this all too hard
and all i want is to let go

this is becoming a tragedy
that could rival that of romeo and his Juliet
you say you never loved me...
yet you follow me around...

perhaps I'm not the one,
making this too hard...
or not the only one...

i guess it still kills me
seeing you with others
hearing about you with others...
i guess it just still kills me...

i really want to move on,
like you wouldn't believe....
but I'm tied to the bottom of the boat,
and I'm suffocating from the pressure of the ropes...
