Time For Love

by Lyn   Nov 12, 2005

Sometimes we don't appreciate this love,
This treasure that we share;
I see your face right now,
Intense, my love, I care.
I see your eyes that smile;
Your hands so strong and brown,
You move me to emotions
Deep and swirling ...... now I drown
Inside the love created for our souls,
By God who has His hand upon us both.
To you my dearest love ..... my life
I do with all my heart to you betroth.
Let us not be caught in time
That's too absorbed with work,
And other things that separate
Our souls and hearts too much
For daily do I find I suffer.
So do you from lack of touch.
Our hands reach out and then connect
The fingers shall entwine, your hand ........ in mine
And now our eyes, our hearts and souls
Unite in love ........... we will make time,
I am so glad ...... that you are mine.
