Loveless Hatred

I loved everything about you,
the way you made me feel
so good inside,
the way you always
brought a smile to my face.
I loved the way you made
me laugh,
the way you made me cry,
loved the way you held me
close and said: "Baby i love you."
I loved the way you stared
into my eyes,
loved the way you said please and never said good-bye.
Loved the way your hand fit
mine,
and the way you were always
there for me.
I loved the way you were always thoughtful and encouraging.
I loved the way your lips moved,
and the way you said my name.
But oh how i hated the way you looked at me with those patronizing perverted eyes.
The way you looked at me like you wanted to rip my clothes off.
The way you put me through hell, and never left the door open for me to escape.
I hated the way you gave me everything i asked for except for a simple phone call now and then.
The way you used me.
And i hate how the one time i tried to leave you grabbed me so hard, the pain inside still burns.
Confused thoughts entered my mind, why oh why was i involved with you.
I guess it was your manipulative ways they caught me.
And by and by i realized this loveless hatred i have created against you.
Like chains you bound me to the wall of your existence, and deeper and deeper still the hatred evolved.
