Soulless Black Eyes

by Animus   Nov 12, 2005

Staring out the window
into soulless black eyes.
Whispered words of
"Let me in, Let me in."
Hypnotized by these cold, heartless black eyes.
A trembling hand
unlatches the window
and pulls it up.
The creature's face splits
in an ear to ear grin,
revealing two needle
sharp fangs.
Black eyes cloud with lust.
Lust for blood.
I stand there not moving;
won't move, can't move.
The creature steps forward
to receive it's prize.
Lightning quick the deed
is done, for this night.
It'll return tomorrow
to finish the job.
I crawl into bed still
in a daze.
I fall asleep and
dream of blood.

Very darkly written, it sends some shivers up the spine!
