You don't always have the things you want
One way or the other something always goes wrong
You don't want to get hurt
But anyway you do
They treat you like dirt
Even thiough they say I love you...
Right now it's what you want not what I do
Because if it was for me ... I'd have you.
In simple words ... The things you want they're just not yours
One minute you have them then the next you don't.
