Lonely Night

Here i am again...another lonely night that only has thoughts full of you. The tears are staining my cheeks and my mascara is leaving tattoos of pain beneath my eyes. I'm not fine awake because i can see that your not with me, and when i close my eyes your beautiful face is there, again to remind me that its over...but we both know that its really not...you know what we had was true...and so do i. But your shallowness has gotten in the way and drowned your heart so all you have left is to listen to what others says. As for now though..all i can do is sit here every night and hold the picture of us hugging beneath the stars, and I'll prey for it to be real again.
