My Baby...

Apart of me, my child, my baby
From the day I found out, my happiness I couldn't contain
I was a mother to be
The longing to hold my baby in my arms,
To hear him cry and watch him grow,
To hear him call his mummy and see him smile,
My wish won't come true.

My little darling you would of done great,
You would of made mummy and daddy proud.
My little sweetie you'll never see this big bright world
And for that I'm ever so sorry.

I should of known something was wrong.
I could of saved my beautiful babies life.

Now I will never see how truly beautiful you are,
I will never hear you laugh, or see your innocent eyes.
I'll never cuddle you to sleep or hear your first words,
I'll never see your first steps.
