Smiles and tears,
happiness and fears,
I'll be with you,
For the rest of your years.

Remember me,
Keep me close to your heart,
Because I love you,
And nothing can keep us apart.

Close your eyes,
And picture me,
Next to you,
For now and eternity.

Remember me,
My sweet love,
As I watch you,
From the heavens above.

Don't say good-bye,
Because I'll always be there,
When you remember me,
And when you care.

    I like the rhyme you have there. though this poem tells a sad story but it comes with a hint of happiness, like somewhere somehow the love will always be there. this speaks of a separated love and it touches me. Very nice!

    I think you have a typo error.
    'eturnity.' --> 'eternity'
