If tomorrow never comes

by Sir_William   Nov 15, 2005

We've live life as if there will always be
Yet another day
To say all the things
We didn't say today
But if tomorrow never comes

We've wasted so much time assuming
And now this thought is looming
In the back of my mind
What if there is no second chance?
What if it's the end of this dance?
What if I never see her again?
If tomorrow never comes

Does she know I love her?
Does she know I care?
Does she know without me saying?
I will always be there?
Does she know how I truly feel inside
If yet, tomorrow I am denied?
If it was the last time I will see her
Did I waste it on goodbyes?

So now I tell her that I love her
And tell her that I care
I tell her I need her
To always be right there
I must tell her these things today
Because there may not be a second to delay
If tomorrow never comes

Ah, I've read this poem a lot. I love reading it; the ironic part though is I always put aside commenting it. xD
Anyway, the flow is so natural, and I love it. The words... blend. If that makes sense.
