Oh Beautiful One ~Shooting Star~

by Weeping Wolf   Nov 15, 2005

Now your back in my atmosphere
Gone from me for 6 long years
with drops of summer still in your hair

somehow i see you've changed
can you see my hidden sorrow?
You still walk like a sunny day
and I still have tears like rain.

Oh beautiful one...
with such big beautiful eyes
a blue sea of loveliness
could they get anymore gorgeous?
I might stare at them forever
If i didn't have to turn away
every time you made me blush

Your smile is like sunshine
I soak it up like a dream
your hair still slightly wet
from a days worth of swimming

And oh beautiful one
if only i could imagine
your laughter in my sleep
Its like air, i need it to breath

I should have known
you had fallen from a star
with love we'll fly so far
your different from the rest
is it like? is it love? is it lust?

shine on for me beautiful one
be my candle in the darkness
let your laughter echo over
my sadness full of silence
You make it seem like
life was worth living for.

I bet you would never know
that I was ever sad before
unless you saw me crying
because whenever I'm around you
I just can't stop laughing
but life wasn't always this way
but maybe its time for change.

will you fall oh shooting star
for one with so many scars?
Maybe somehow you'll see
its your destiny to cure me
from all my tragedies.

Lets just hope for the best
who knows what will happen
just keep on laughing
just keep on shining
and one day you'll see
that you were meant for me.

oh my beautiful one...
with eyes like stars
you shoot across my life
you'll soar so far, beautiful star.
