All I Want

People don't understand the lonely path i've walked.

Of all the people I know and see, to them I rarely talk.

To know a lot of people, does not make one rich in soul.

A true friend to walk beside me, is what I really want to hold.

To get to where I am, as far as my career, I am very happy, but I also shed a tear.

I have given up a lot, like the funs times I could have had.

Now I regret the days I grew up fast, it even makes me mad.

To be ambitious minded, is not as good as people say.

Still I walk a lonely path, I walk it everday.

I have no one to share my thoughts with, the good times and the bad.

This is what makes my heart bleed and it's always very sad.

On the outside I am smiling but underneath my skin.

All I want is friends and love and to plainly just fit in.
