Shallow love

I like he's eyes,
He's perfect smile.

Gee I hope this lasts awhile.
My love is a shallow as a grave.

I will never hear his pleas
or pathetic cries for love and loss.

Everyone knows love doesn't last..
It seems as if it's one big race.

So...back off my love and get off the track...
