Still My Baby Brother

Remember when you were just a little boy
Crying when you broke your favourite toy?
Trying so hard, yet accident prone
Barking as you answered the phone
"Sport the Sheppard, not shy of anything"
Out loud you were never embarrassed to sing
A remote control car was for all you'd wish
Discovering baby powder does indeed kill fish
Blowing bubbles, making faces, basketball
'Happy' is one word to describe it all

Now you walk around like you're the man
Pissing people off when you can
Trying to act like you're all tough
Attitudes, mood swings, and other stuff
Your friends are all negative influences
You don't think about the consequences
Breaking bones 'cause you're always skating
You don't work, you're always procrastinating
You take my stuff, annoy me like no other
But even at 15, you're still my baby brother

    That's so cute! I find this most interesting because I have an OLDER brother, and I'm the baby. My name is Jamie, so yeah, I made a conection, but being the baby really does stink, especially when there is a 12 year difference. As the older sibling, you should guid him as best you can. 5/5, great poem!
