So Lonely, So Cold

by the one you forgot   Nov 15, 2005

Have so many friends,
You’re never alone,
But you know these friends aren't real.
There in the flesh,
There in the blood,
But you don't like these friends.

They like you for all the right reasons,
You can't replace them
For better.
They are your real friends,
So why are you so lonely?

So lonely,
So cold,
They can't make you feel better.
You are so lonely.
So cold.

You’re tired of this life,
Though they say you have all
Could be wanted for anyone.
A family, friends,
Money, wealth,
But all you want is happiness.

So take the gun,
Pull the trigger,
Don’t bother to leave a note.
You’ve written so much,
Said so many useless words.
Don’t bother now,
Let them think what they want,
You don't care.
You are so lonely.
