Why is love so difficult
So hard to get along

with every single song

why is love so heart breaking
a burden in your way
a wish, a light, a dream deferred
with every passing day

why is love so tempting
to toxicate the soul
a hurtful lifting Ecstasy
with nothing left at all

why is love so confusing
it starts as it does end
shattering me to pieces
