Angels keep us standing,
And never let us fall,

While we're standing tall.

I have my angels,
Always here by my side,
And hold on to them tightly,
In them I will confide.

You were once an angel,
That I held close to my heart.
But in you I no longer confide,
And I hope we drift apart.

There was a time when I dreaded,
Drifting apart from you,
For you were my most special angel,
But I knew what I had to do.

You tore out my heart,
And replaced it with pain.
And for that, my special angel,
We will never be the same.

And now I have 2 very special angels,
That have truly been sent from above,
And I will steal back my heart from your grasp,
And give them all my love.
