If You Knew

Have you ever gone home
And wondered if the girl with tears in her eyes
Was really okay?
That her words were there just to cover up the wounds?
Did you ever think of me
When you were crying with happiness?
If you knew
That at that exact moment
A scar was forming on my wrist
Would you act differently?
Have you ever really listened to me?
Have you listened to how much I need you?
How much I want to talk to you?
I wonder if you know
That you are my hero?
Have you ever noticed
That the girl who needs you the most,
Is the one too sad to carry on?
Well I hope you do,
And the girl with tears in her eyes
Is always never okay.

    Babygirl i feel ur pain.. i've been there over and over.. don't u know that we r made stronger by what we endure and overcome.. and we r nothing but weak until we get there. but hun, it does get better and we do get stronger and a lil smarter too.. so keep ur head up and know that there is love for u.. more than u realize..
