Stranger

A lonely stranger
A blacked corner
A never ending anger
A familiar outsider

Her hair was long
Blackened by the night
She had once been strong
But had lost sight

Her eyes were dead
tearful floods of blood rolled down her face
Her lifeless body was heavy as lead
Her beauty had left no trace

Her once so perfect self
Was now empty
Her soul was now in a jar upon the shelf
Where she wallowed in her pity

She was surrounded by the darkness
With no hope of survival
She had became addicted to the pain of scaring
She had forgotten her revival

She had forgotten .... Her friends
She forgot their promise
See they were her revival
They promised never to be her fiend

They walked up to her fragile body
They replaced her soul
They showed her the way to the highway
The road of life paved with gold
