Merry Go Round

by «-Pale-Petals-»   Nov 17, 2005

Flash of your smile, photograph its beauty.
Love cascades over me,
Everything's so giddy and colorful and fun.
As we laze in our fire.

Riding on this merry go round,
Round and round we go.
Your eyes they tell a story,
The pages are turning.

Lip locks, tongue wars.
Smeared sugarpop lipstick-paint the color of my heart.

Wander, touching,
As our tongues explore,
Play the strings darling.
To the notes of our song..

What a story. I just love how poetry can share the story of love & passion.

    Truly a delight.
