Dancing

by Kim the Star   Nov 18, 2005

Dancing is like that
one lonely leaf falling
off a branch of
a tree.

And that flower with
the sensuous smell being
pirouetted over by
a bee.

Dancing is like a pen
across paper as it
writes a letter
to thee.

Or the feeling of a
woman when her true
love gets on
his knee.

Sometimes it can be seen
in someone else's eyes as
happiness, joy, pride,
and glee.

But that happiness can turn
to a slow and
sorrowful ballet,
you see.

I am the dance and
you are my music so
here's our routine,
just you and me.
