TO WRITE OR NOT TO WRITE

by kat   Nov 18, 2005

It has been weeks that I've been feeling this way
Suddenly I just stopped writing poems everyday
Just last month I posted 17 poems from the heart
But now I don't even know how and where to start

Stress at work and tiredness after the day is done
They're the culprits why time to write I have none
I miss typing on my keyboard trying to find a rhyme
I miss reading inspiring poems from friends of mine

I love this site so much; being a part of it I am proud
When I am so depressed this site takes the clouds
I will never trade the comfort I feel whenever I'm here
Well I guess I am back to fill my dark days with cheer

That was Awesome! It was truly beautiful! Only advise (Which I say too many) is to use more commas and periods, I shall use an Example:

It has been weeks, that I've been feeling this way,

It gives your poem a rhythm, and makes some words stand out more. The periods help tell the reader when a sentence is over lol. And of course it just makes the poem more organized=) other then that… it was lovely! Great Job!

Thank you so much for your comment on *Sinking heart...* It was so inspirational, to know that my poem made you feel that way, that someone liked what it was about, that it actually inspired someone… that means a WHOLE lot to me, thank you so much! Also its not really my 1st poem… just my 1st story like poem. Anyways I am so thankful for your comment it means so much to me, Thank you so much!
