My daughter

by Bernadette   Nov 18, 2005

You are a confused girl addicted to coke,
But I still love you,
You say you hate me and want me to choke,
But I still love you,
You go crazy and play denial,
But I still am always there,
You always seem to never smile,
But I still am always there,
You put up the strongest fight,
But I will never give up,
I hear you cry alone at night,
But I will never give up,
You change so much and say you are the same,
But I will always care,
You say that it is my fault im the one to blame,
But I will always care.

See my darling not matter what you do,
Im your mother and I am here to help you through,
Through thick and short and tall,
I will guide you through it all.
When you are drunk and can hardly stand,
You can call on me to lend a hand,
Baby I will not give up as long as I am here,
To make your life seem a little more clear,
Baby my only daughter I will always love you,
And there is nothing about that you can do.
