This may be my last poem to you,
the thought of it breaks my heart,
the next time we meet could be the last,
and we shall have to part,
i dont want that to happen,
i know i cant say goodbye,
imagining you being so far away,
my eyes fill and i start to cry,
when your crying and alone,
trust me i know how you feel,
remember now weve found each other,
weve proved true love is real,
no matter what happens,
i dont care where you may be,

and you shall always belong to me,
whenever you miss me and need me with you,
