You all continue to amaze me,
with everything you say,
making me see the world through your eyes,
seeing the person your words portray.

You help me strive to reach my goals.
encourage me to stay strong,
helping me see straight through a blur of tears,
tell me to stand up for what I know is wrong.

You guys have helped keep me together,
when the world tried to tear me apart,
and when my writing faltered, threatened to die,
you helped me write again from deep inside my heart.

You've shown me things can get worse,
shown me how bright the day can be,
shown me again how to embrace me gift,
and I'll thank you for eternity.
