Rain Drops To Tear Drops

As the rain falls from the sky
I feel the tears coming from my eyes
The harder the shower falls to the ground
The quicker my tears begin to trickle down

Inevitable storm is here at last
Approaching the pain that cannot past
When the cloud is full it breaks free
When the heart is heavy, the tears release what's in me

Seized at the moment by this powerful force
Showing nature's beauty with no remorse
Then why should my feelings be a disguised
When the rain clouds is as full as my eyes

The skies tears and mines are just the same
We're so alike in this day by day game
Times when I hurt why shouldn't I cry
Even nature can't contain what's held inside

Eventually the storm passes away
And open eyes see a brand new day
The hope is there to replace the pain
Because a rainbow appears after the rain
