MoM

I try to tell you,
why I am this way,
why my grades are bad,
and our world so far away.
You never listen to,
to what I have to say,
you just ignore me,
Day by day.
The place were you grew up,
Your life,
It was perfect,
People were not bad as they are now,
You don't understand,
How it is right now,
Drug dealers, alcoholics, hookers,
Get my point?
So please,
Just this one day,
don’t compare me to you
And just listen to what I have to say.
I love you day by day,
I wont say that much but you know I do
I promise I wont do drugs, I wont be an alcoholic or a hooker
I will be me I will marry some one worthy of your presents and that will love you as much as I do
I love you mom
