Stop and look

by aaron 1 remo   Nov 18, 2005

Always moving, busy, busy, fast, work, work, work.
MacDonald's, Bugerking, Kfc swirling churning meat, fries, grease.
Wind, snow, rain, sleet.
Just stop to take a seat.
see the world through a new set of eyes. See the color of freshly cut grass. Hear the swish and whoosh of the ocean.
Bring yourself to a stop before it's too late. There is nothing more beautiful than today. There is no need to get worked into a state,
by hurling burling speeding rushing. Just stop and look.

    I loved this part:
    Wind, snow, rain, sleet.
Just stop to take a seat.
I think shorter lines make the poem
better. you did a really good job on
this one. I liked your choice of words.
    take care,
