My angel

When i was feeling down
an angel came along
when i was feeling low
that angel helped me grow

when all i saw was bad
that angel made me see good
when all i saw was evil
that angel said dont believe in the devil

when all i did was cry
that angel wiped my tears
when i said i wanted to die
that angel said u have to live

when i needed a helping hand
that angel was there for me
when i needed someone to talk to
that angel said come to me

when i said i was going to hell
that angel said no your going to heaven
when i hurt myself with a knife
that angel took my pain away

when i said i was going to do it
that angel said gods not ready yet
when i said i was going to jump
that angel said you cant leave me

when all my dreams were nightmares
that angel said look for the good
when my life was upside down
that angel came and turned it around

now i look up to that angel the one god sent to me yes my dear friend Emma you are an angel to me i may not be able to repay you but i will be there by your side through everything that happens in life you can count on me to be there.

so to you i promise i will stay on this earth helping you each day like you've helped me pulling you through everything like you have done for me just say the word and i will be there
