just when you want them to stay the same?
why is it things stay the same

why is life as hard when your away
as it is when your by my side
why does it hurt
not to hold you in my arms?
why does it hurt
when you come to close?
why do you always change who you are?
when i like the person you were?
why does it hurt when we kiss?
why does it hurt to break away?
why does it hurt more to kiss?
than it does just to hug?
why does it hurt more to say hi?
than it does when we say goodbye?
