No Longer A Girl

by FNO   Nov 19, 2005

I see you everyday
a prefect life you still have
a smile and and a laugh
I'm happy that you're glad

my broken innocents
your cunning words
lost is my innocents
no longer a girl

just one moment
is all i ask
for u to see the truth
and to fall on your a**

i thought u were everything
u were Mr. right
but i was wrong
and i still cry at night

yes, i still love u
but the damage is there
u don't seem to see it
its as though u don't care

do u not see me
i get bigger every day
please see the truth
and listen to what i say

we are bound
a choice not our own
as soon as i tell u
i know you'll be gone

i wish u would say
that you'd be there for me
but a dream is a dream
and what i have isn't what u see

so how do i say
that your baby is due
anytime in September
should i say i though u knew?

so i wait
for the day will come
u will meet your daughter
maybe even love her some

so to my parents
i love u so dear
but i couldn't bring another burden
especially more tears

and to my lover
i hope u will see
the choice we had made
has ruined me

later on i see u smiling,
walking down a street
should i run and hug u?
shout with a greet?

the answer is no,
but maybe some day
when i have the courage
to say what i have to say

i see you everyday
a perfect life you still have
a smile and and a laugh
I'm happy that you're glad

my broken innocents
your cunning words
lost is my innocents
no longer a girl

*this poem is true, but its not about me, one of my friends is going through this and i wanted to show her the reality of her life*

Thats deep! And if its true then i hope it gets better for you. Then you should tell him the truth, i mean its not far to the baby or him. but love can be the sweetest thing or the worst. Keep up the good work and keep writing and if you have time check out some of my poems
