Every dream spoken descends from a star
every wish asked is given away
traveling to towers distant, so far
plains and hardships still in lay
Dreams of every child lost in their daze
trapped in this tower shutting off light
a place where wicked blood still graze
guarding the place, winning every fight
to gain back the hopes and souls inside
you must challenge these monsters of deceit
you can run but you can't hide
be careful or you shall be beat
Chains hold the towers in gray
hidden in clouds of tears
bars of metal fitted to stay
arising the heart of your fears
This tower stands for one reason
to still the dreams from every heart
so far it's plans have won
lonliness shatters me apart
Left standing in the rain
thinking in shrouded ways
drenched in my new pain
nothing left for me to say
