Meeting my Maker

Well todays the day
The day I leave it all
The day I say goodbye
The day I\'ll answer the call

A couple years a ago
I could\'ve said
I love my life but now
I wish I was dead

Things weren\'t always this bad
The yelling and fighting
I just wish it would stop
I guess this is why I\'m writing

I go to school and back home again
Run into my room just to be alone
I think how did it get this bad
But the reason is unknown

One of these day I swear
I won\'t be here anymore
I won\'t be in this world
I\'ll be shutting my own door

Everything will be okay
All I can do is hope for the best
Maybe today will be better
And not like the rest

To my friends I\'m happy
But I won\'t be here in a while
I don\'t tell them a what going on
All I can do is fake a smile

I couldn\'t make them worry
So all I\'ll do is pretend
That I feel fine inside
And I\'m not near the end

Some days aren\'t that bad
But I\'m really dreading tomorrow
Hoping it won\'t be differnt
But there\'s gonna be sorrow

I long for happinesss
I wish it were true
That I had a good life
But I\'d be lying to you

And I don\'t need sympathy
I can get along
But all I\'m really hoping for
Is that I\'ll stay strong

But I\'m starting to break
I won\'t make it thru
I feel so alone
And they have no clue

\"I\'m closing the windows
I\'m shutting the doors
I\'m ending my own life
I won\'t be here anymore\"

If only it was that easy
I would do it for sure
But I do have friends
My death they\'ll essure

These thought that I have
Will always be engraved
I know I\'m drawing nearer
To my own perfect grave...
