Those words

The look upon her face
she wants to cry out
with so much disgrace
for all of the things
that have gone wrong
in her life
she sits there
with a upside down smile on her face
towards what had happened
everyones surprised she's not crying
from all of the bruised knuckles
inside she's dying
the look upon him
as he stands there and grins
she forces out words
he'll never forget
from that moment in time
its frozen
through some past words and rhymes
she always thinks back to that day
when she got hurt
from her body
inside and out
and with that
those words she said to him
always echo throughout.
