The children in the world

by Natasha   Nov 21, 2005

The death of a child, it happens every day.
and the people in the world, turn their head and look away.

dying of dehydration, and starving to their death.
you see them on TV, there just isn't anything left.

children drinking poison water, because they can't stand the pain.
with their parents they pray each night, for a little drop of rain.

they live in houses which we call huts.
and we live in villas, that seem so small to us.

on the other side of the world, children die each day.
because of the lack of help, attention and people able to say:

"It Has Gone Far Enough! we can't let them die this way!"
