I lose sleep at night

SOunds all too familar baby. Life can deal very difficult hands, and we just have to play them for what they're worth, even when they suck. Don't give up baby, just keep holding on. Something to do about the cutting . . . I took a pen and wrote the words "hold on" on my arm, and so every time I want to cut I see that and I retrace that in pen instead of cutting, (most of the time,) so I thought that might help you get a bit more sleep at night.
