Madness within

Heart pounding
blood pumping
never speaking
what is it she's seeking?

driving her on
staying strong
she won't ever belong
still her heart longs

marked with pain
you can see it on her face
she goes on everyday
feeling the same

but she continues
as everyday she's used
she only wants you
but the pain caused you can't undo

driven from inside
this madness within her cries
she must find help before she dies
she must stop living this lie

the madness growing within
causes her to commit all sorts of sin
up against a wall she's pinned
she screams, fighting a fight she won't ever win

twisted thoughts, she puts her fist through stone
never in this life, would anyone think she'd fall this low
but the madness was growing,eating her alive and leaving her alone
now it's driving her insane as she does things she never had condoned

so the madness lives within this girl
tormenting her till she leaves this world
now by the angels her soul is mourned
for her heart hath always been scorned
